The IS Network is a new initiative connecting Information Systems students at UMBC with alumni and community professionals for mentorship and career exploration.
Through informal conversations, virtual meetings, or short-term project collaborations, professionals can share their experience and help students gain insight into potential career pathways while developing practical skills and industry awareness.
If you are interested in participating as a mentor, please complete the interest form below. Mentors and students will be matched based on interests, availability, and the types of opportunities indicated in the form. While engagements may take place at any time, many will occur during Summer 2026, with matches beginning in May 2026.
